
Here is how we work:
Our day begins early in the morning,
when we select the freshest ingredients from our local purveyors. Soon
afterwards, our chefs arrive at your home and prepare the specially
selected menu in your own kitchen. We make all of the dining
room arrangements to perfect every detail for your special event,
from the flowers to the table settings. Next, we serve your
meal or event starting with petite appetizers all the way
to delicate desserts. Once your meal or event is complete,
we make it a point to leave your kitchen spotlessly clean.
Our executive chefs, Rafael and Doug, are both cooking school
graduates, and have received specialized training in all areas
of gastronomy, wine and service.
